Great location, less than 5 minutes from train station and the lake. No street noise, sometimes you can hear the neighbours a little bit, but not a problem for me. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Easy to communicate with host.

Like some have mentioned, the apartment is facing the back, and feels a little dark. I guess this is the price to pay for no street noise.
