The location was good for exploring Pompeii.

Our location got changed, it was probably a better location but was missing the pool

The property is clean and spacious. Bed is comfy . There is air condition in each room. It would be ideal if you have car other wise 10 minute walk to the shops.The pool is nice not very deep ideal for kids.There is a train track just behind the property if you are a light sleeper you will feel it. But didn’t bother us.Only 13 minutes walk to the Pompei ruins and the train station.

We weren’t allowed to use the kitchen initially as we only booked the six bedrooms. There are seven in the property. But the staff agreed to open it for us the following day. Kitchen utensil were not great. There is no electric kettle or a bread toaster . The dining table is huge and sits 12-14 people.

It had secure parking for our motorbikes. But the entrance was not great.

It’s not luxury. It had a nice headboard and wallpaper! The patio doors were difficult to close properly, it had chairs but no table and was overlooked by the neighbours. The bathroom sink was blocked. The hob in the kitchen didn’t work. The coffee machine was dirty. The pool area was very aged and the Pool had a green scum line. We didn’t use it! There was no blanket for the bed, just a throw that was not big enough for two people.

Great rooms, nice balconies and terraces. Good location in terms of Pompeii,supermarket and trainstation is very close. Nice street, and nice view at Vezuvio too.

The train is very close, you can feel the house shake when it goes by. It can be disturbing if you stay at the villa all day, because it goes every 30 minutes. There were a lot of constructions nearby too, so overall pretty noisy. The kitchen is very under stocked.

Very clean

Having to walk to another place to get your keys and have breakfast. The walk was further than stated if in a car no problem. Not many facilities to eat in the area most close around 5.30pm.

It was convenient and safe to have off street parking. However, we needed to pick up the key from another location. Traffic is very busy and roads are very narrow, so we walked to get the key (about 15min). We were advised at that point that the complimentary breakfast was at this location, and not at our accomodation. Also, when we walked back to our room, we were missing a bed. Nice place, but other guests were also very put out by the off location key pickup. One poor older gentleman got lost and had been walking the neighbourhood for 3 hours. I walked him down to the other location to help him get his key. I think this needs to be clearer in the ad.

Très propre, très agréable d’y passer du temps, personnel extrêmement sympathique. Deux points plus négatifs : eau chaude difficile à obtenir, bruit du train !
