The hosts were exceptionally welcoming, it was like being received into a family. At the same time the room and terrace space was private. Easy walking to beach, supermarket and restaurants

Diane and Stephane are wonderful! They are friendly and communicative. We had an amazing time with them, and overall, the atmosphere was really warm. The room is large, and the house is well-equipped!

The hosts are a very friendly couple with a cute son, making you feel at home!

Insanely nice hosts, Stephane treated us to some fancy mauritian fruits, clean rooms, pool, quiet at night, clean tap water and you can ask them just about anything especially when it comes to plan trips and activities around the islands

- very nice family, they make feel you welcome and homely - nice villa and room with balcony, cosy and quiet - refreshing pool under palm trees - close to a big supermarket, nice restaurants and to the beach

The hosts are very kind, they helped with useful tips. The beach is 5 minutes walk, the shop is also 5-10 minutes away. I'd recommend renting a car, otherwise it's difficult to explore the island. The room was perfect, big, with comfortable bed, nice terrace and a small kitchen area.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in a household accommodation at Diane  Artist House home, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment We arrived, We felt like part of the family. The hospitality was exceptional, with the hosts going above and beyond to make use feel comfortable and cared for. The home was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spacious and well-equipped. The shared spaces, like the kitchen or living room, were equally inviting and provided a great opportunity to connect with the hosts and other guests. One of the highlights of our stay was the homemade dinner as we were in a Christmas period . Diane and her husband prepared delicious dinner  and it was such a treat to sit down and share a meal together. They also provided great tips on exploring the area .The location was ideal—situated in a peaceful neighborhood but still close to local beaches , transport, restaurants and shops. It was the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. If you’re looking for an authentic, heartwarming experience, I can’t recommend Diane’s home enough. It’s more than just a place to stay—it’s a place where you truly feel at home. We’d love to return someday! Thank you.

Diane and Stephan were excellent hosts making us most welcome and providing help and information. The room was spacious and we appreciated the access to their kitchen, the washing machine and brilliant water filter and ice. The location was great; a short walk to supermarket, several restaurants and a lovely beach.

The bedroom door was hard to close quietly.
