Terrasse nicht sauber, defekte Kühlschranktür, sehr unbequeme Betten, keine Reinigung in 1 Woche, eiskalter kleiner Pool, alles sehr einfach. Würde 2 Sterne geben.

Asunnon terassilta maisemat olivat täydelliset ja lähi ravintolaa (La Macina) suosittelemme kaikille, jotka majoittuvat tässä kohteessa.

Sijainnin puolesta tätä majoituspaikkaa ei voi suositella, jos ei liiku omalla tai vuokra-autolla. Busseja Sorrentoon ja muualle Amalfin rannikolle kulkee todella rajoitetusti. Lisäksi kohde oli varsinkin sisältä vanhan aikainen ja siellä oli pieniä muurahaisia.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par l' hôte lors de notre arrivée. Il nous a donné de bon conseil. La vue sur la mer et la montagne du balcon est magnifique. Il y a un très bon restaurant juste à côté. Place de parking privé qui est un plus dans cette région. Belle extérieur avec piscine.

La première chambre à l'entrée sent très mauvais. Très désagréable pour la personne durant notre séjour . La salle de bain n'est pas propre ( nous avons retrouvé une touffe de cheveux par terre) . La douche est très petite . La literie n'est pas très confortable. Il y a des fourmis dans tout l' appartement. Problème connu par l' hôte car il nous a préparé une bombe insecticide. Il y a vraiment aussi un problème d' insonorisation. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans les autres appartements.

This property has potential but definitely needs some investment. The location is fine, and the management was very responsive and proactive with our requests, but the comfort level was far from ideal. The bathroom was extremely small, with visible mold and poor ventilation. Even though the fan was working, it didn’t reduce the humidity, which combined with the towels and toilet in such a tiny space created a very unpleasant smell. The kitchen also had no ventilation, only a single entrance door that had to be kept open to clear smoke. The stove is gas-powered, which is acceptable, but the gas detector was plugged into the only available outlet. That meant to use the microwave or kettle, we had to unplug the detector — not safe at all. Overall, there was just one outlet in the kitchen and one in the bedroom, which was very inconvenient. Another major issue was ants. If any dishes were left out overnight, the kitchen would be covered with them. The property provided ant spray, but it had a strong odor, which mixed with the smell from the bathroom, making the atmosphere quite unpleasant. Finally, the outdoor furniture needs updating, and the kitchen supplies could be improved (basic items like olive oil, and pepper were missing). Overall, while the management was great, the property itself requires significant updates to make it a truly comfortable stay.
