Villa Azzurra

If you’re looking for peace and amazing views, this place delivers! 🌅 The apartment is really spacious, the swimming pool is a great bonus, and the quiet area makes it perfect for relaxing. Vittorio, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful, and there’s an absolutely fantastic restaurant just a 2-minute walk away – highly recommended.

That said, be aware of a few downsides: the walls are really thin, so you might hear your neighbors; the kitchen furniture could use some refreshing; and in the second bedroom, the wall felt damp and the AC didn’t work very well. Overall, the view alone is worth it – truly fantastic!

Villa Azzurra was a lovely surprise. It was nestled in the hill above Nerano, and overlooking the mountain to the right and the Mediterranean in the front. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats come and go. It was a good base for us to travel the coast each day exploring the different scenic treats. The facilities at the villa were great, the bed was comfortable, and there was a sufficient supply of towels and linen. The kitchen was adequately stocked for a holiday place. I love the fact that there was a clothes washing machine, saved me the trouble of having to hunt for one in the area. There is a bus stop outside the villa for visitors who do not have a car. And the bus service is very frequent. I would return and I definitely encourage you to visit the Villa Azzurra also.

Great location to explore Sorrento peninsula. Cheerful host that provides smooth check-in and valuable recommendations about surroundings and sightseeing. Beautiful view of the sea and cliffs that helps to delve into relaxation. Pool is a great add-on that provides a possibility to refresh and sunbath during the day. Wonderful restaurant right around the corner and decent supermarket to resupply in 10 mins ride by car.

Some furniture such as drawers may require a slight renewal.

Walls allow sounds from adjacent rooms. Chair scrapping against the tile floors in adjacent room is loud and distinct. Voices are muffled but disturbing. Probably could have made out the words if I had tried.
