APPARTAMENTO STELLA ALPINA

La ubicación algo apartada es silenciosa. Había gel y champú. El recubrimiento de madera le da un toque a cabaña alpina, pero la hace aún más oscura de lo que es ya de por sí.

Más que un apartamento, es una habitación pequeña y oscura (tiene muy poca luz) en la que hay una cama abatible. Tenía varias luces fundidas, y en el baño hay muy poca luz. Está en el sótano de un edificio, así que hay que descender varias escaleras para acceder. La única ventana está enrejada, lo que da una sensación de encerramiento, y había telarañas alrededor de las cortinas, lo que denota poca limpieza. No hay plaza de parking: es una rampa inclinada en la que puede no haber sitio. En resumen: un apartamento/habitación muy caro para lo que ofrece.

An objective list for other guests to consider: - The bed is a pull-down bed (not mentioned in listing) - The place is quite small and dark with very little natural light - It’s a basement unit studio - The light for the bathroom mirror was broken so it was very difficult for my girlfriend to put on makeup. - There was no full length mirror - There is no AC or fan (even when requested during a heat wave). Nights are luckily cooler but expect to have the window open with no bug screen (had a mosquito in the room) - The wifi was very slow and almost unusable

More affordable than some other properties in the area. Within walking distance of the town center. Free parking. Pet friendly.

Room was difficult to ventilate as the window was at ground level and a building cat frequently tried to enter.

Rossana was a fantastic host. Went above and beyond for our needs. Would 1000% recommend. Beautiful appartment.

Misleading listing, it’s a lower ground floor studio with a retractable bed not an apartment - it’s ok but for the same price you can get a decent hotel in cortina with more space

Staff is always in communication. Information is complete. Bathroom is good. Near to town.

Kitchen is basic: no microwage, basic elements as oil, salt, etc...

All accessories needed were available. Very (!!) good bed. Silence and mountain side view from window. Located close to the city center (500m). Excellent starting point for medium level hiking tours.

Never met the host, all communication through WhatsApp. Bed is folded up in the wall (not mentioned on booking.com): so it’s either folding it up every morning or losing part of the apartment space. The apartment is tucked away in the cellar and has no exit to the garden nor a balcony.
