La posizione …. Ottima per visitare il dentro di noto !!! L’appartamento …. Pulito e dotato di tutto per essere autonomi durante la vacanza . Davanti all’appartamento c’è il forno più antico di noto … che ogni mattina sforna del pane buonissimo con cui poter fare colazione !!!

Clean spacious apartment. Great to have a terrace for breakfast and watching the sun go down. Excellent location short walk from Duomo.

A few flights of stairs involved in reaching the kitchen but overall excellent.

Lovely clean property in fabulous location - quiet at night, but close to all the action! Nearby supermarket and butcher if you want to self-cater, but also easy stroll to some delicious restaurants and bars! Great base for exploring Noto and its nearby beaches - don’t miss Agra Lido in San Lorenzo, just stunning!

Location was great. We had 3 bedrooms so the whole upper apartment. Beds were comfortable. Terrace was super nice. Laundry worked well-set us up for the remainder of our trip. Kitchen had everything. Parking on the streets worked out every night but never right in front which wasn’t a problem. There was a temporary parking area to load & unload luggage.

Decor is a bit dated but authentic. Pillows were too thick & hard for me. My husband was okay. I just stuck a decorative pillow in my pillow case instead & then I was fine.

Too many steps. Parking is difficult.

The bed in main bedroom was not in best shape ... and it was "squeaky" ... :) This could be a challenge in certain situations :)

Luca is a wonderful host. The home is exactly what the pictures show - fantastic! Location is perfectly in the center of Noto, but at the same time away from the crowds. Even parking on the street was easy. Highly recommend.
