Great location in heart of Noto. Nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen. Manager very helpful. Cost was reasonable.

Stairs to kitchen on 2nd floor steep with no railing. Front bedroom overlooking street noisy due to cars, motor scooters cutting thru to Corso Vittorio Emanuele as well as garbage trucks in early morning hours

The house is in a great location in the city center, within walking distance of the main attractions and right across from a small bakery. There are free parking spots nearby, although parking is not the easiest. Luca is a good host – he was waiting for us in front of the house to check us in and recommended places to eat. We had good communication with him via WhatsApp.

Some of the information on Booking does not match reality. We were disappointed that the house did not have an additional toilet. Another disappointment was the coffee capsules, which did not fit the coffee machine. The kitchen lacked sugar and napkins. After we messaged Luca, he brought some, but they were the same capsules meant for a different coffee machine. In the end, we couldn't have coffee with breakfast on either morning. Also, keep in mind that there are quite a few stairs to climb – the bedrooms are on the second floor, and the kitchen is on the third floor.

It is very spacious and comfortable. Easy to park free of charge on the street. Great accessibility to the center.

The decor and attention to detail was fabulous. So comfortable and modern. Host Luca was great and very nice. Location is perfect, highly recommended.

Close to main attractions of Noto

No where to sit outdoors. Confusing advertisement in booking.com, didn’t quite know which apartment you were getting. Parking on street very iffy. Very noisy apartment upstairs. No window in bedroom.

The location is second-to-none as far as city breaks go - Noto is an absolutely beautiful city with lots of culture and some wonderful places to eat (Caffe Sicilia and Caffe Costanzo in particular for delightful cakes and gelato, and Modica di San Giovanni for sublime home-made pasta). Almost directly opposite is a wonderful bakery, open all day, with warm, freshly baked breads and pastries at very low prices, and at the end of the street is a lovely deli and a bottle shop. The property itself was spotlessly clean and the host was extremely responsive and attentive.

We had thought we were getting an apartment with a terrace (as per the photos), but we were actually in the ground-floor apartment, with no outside space and no windows apart from at the very front. It served us well enough, and would be even more appropriate if you were just a couple, or only staying for a couple of days to see Noto, and wouldn't be spending a huge amount of time in the apartment, but for us a little terrace/outside space would have been lovely and we were a little disappointed on arrival. (It also made it nearly impossible to dry clothes:)) I would just recommend checking which accommodation you have been allocated if this is important to you. The upstairs part looks lovely in the pictures! One more thing - the beds were comfy but the pillows weren't :)

A wonderful house one street away from the main pedestrian street which is truly spectacular. Noto is a must visit place. Exceeded all expectations. The house was huge. Beautiful bedrooms. Everything you would need. Lovely terrace. Luca the host was great. Opposite a local bakery which was lovely. The lady gave my young daughters a treat every time we went in. People were so friendly. Would love to return again.
