Well located. As it promises. Great welcoming by Luca and very responsive to questions! Thanks again! Authentic bakery nearby. Really Italian Nonna neighborhood.

For the owner: potential upcoming moisture problems above the television and in the main bedroom. Also soap leftovers in the shower of previous guests.

Great location, across the road from a bakery with delicious croissants, 100m from a mini market and a few minutes' walk from great restaurants. The house has comfortable bedrooms and a lovely terrace where we enjoyed spending our mornings. Luca is a wonderful host who was at our disposal with recommendations to the most beautiful beaches and the best restaurants. We will be happy to return.

Luca is a great host and the property was spotless clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. You can smell the tasty baguettes from the nearby bakery from the terrace which is fantastic. The main promenade is just around the corner but the quarter is quiet.

Could not be better.
