Casa Miralago

Spectacular view, Great location, Parking, Playground nearby, Acess to beach,

Low water pressure, Creaky couch, Thin panes in the windows, Smelly bathroom,

Francesca was an excellent host welcoming us, showing us around and on hand for recommendations at restaurants and the nearest local supermarket. I wasn’t aware that this included the use of two kayaks and numerous bikes to aid commuting to the town centre 5 minutes away. We used these every day and it goes to show how much effort Francesca goes to considering every detail for your stay. The apartment was well equipped and clean with amazing views over the lake from the balcony.

Moldy smell, cigarette smoke drifting in from everyone smoking out on their balconies. About a mile from the downtown area, hostess did not speak English so it was difficult to communicate with her. No pots or pans even though it was an efficiency unit.

Location close to Lake and within easy walking distance of Menaggio

Cooking facilities were rather basic; kettle took a long time to boil!

Location is great with fantastic view to Como Lake, own lake access, free bikes and kayaks and parking available. Around 10 min walk distance from center of Menaggio makes this place more peaceful and relaxing.

Maybe some renovation of appartment would be nice and better wi-fi connection but location and other facilities fully compensate any inconvenience.

Uncomfortable bed and mattress. Bed linen clean but not best fit and had seen better days. Only one pillow each. No toaster or iron and ironing board. Apartment was cold and no heating so towels took ages to dry. Some of the decoration was tatty. Could be a nice place if given some care and attention.

the property was in the perfect location with one of the best views. I loved being able to listen to the lake while going to sleep. Miralago is away from the crowds of Bellagio, it was the perfect size for a week stay. We loved having a little kitchen to grab our own snacks and such.

The only thing was the shower doesn’t have a door to prevent water from getting everywhere. An easy remedy was to just use the attachable shower head instead. Other than that it was the best place we could of asked for.

Fantastic location, right on the shore, with private beach. The owner, Francesca, is very friendly and extremely helpful and speaks perfect English. Highly recommended.
