"Great value for the money"

Superb location! Easy to get hiking trails and sight seeing spots. I would also recommend it to families with kids for a summer holiday (beachfront and a short walk from Menaggio).

Host was super helpful and happily answered any questions we had. Location is great - easy and pleasant walk in to Menaggio and has a private beach to swim and use of kayaks. Loved our stay. Would definitely recommend!!

"A little bit dissapointing, based off previous reviews we were expecting better"

Waterfront property was nice

It was a longer walk to the city Center then expected (18 minutes each direction) so you couldn’t go for a morning cappuccino unless you were ready to start your day. The additional bed was very uncomfortable and some pillows were way too flat, definitely needs some upgrading.

Location was quite convenient - a 10 minute walk to the supermarket and 15 minutes to town centre. The place itself was quiet and relaxing with a great view of the lake from our balcony.

Old Italian plug sockets which don't take Europlug converters. Fortunately there was one newer socket in the kitchen.

"Great Scenery, Spacious Apartment"

Entire apartment with kitchen and dining. Big bathroom. Big bedroom. Very comfortable and convenient location, very scenic, right on the water. Owner or manager was very responsive and quick. A car is necessary to go around the lake shoreline and it's a very scenic drive.

Steep stairs to go down from street level to the apartment on the lake shoreline. It's a problem when moving in and out with luggage. Not accessible for wheelchairs nor for people with limited mobility.

This apartment with its location, the view and the atmosphere is just breathtaking! The owners are the kindest people and from the first moment on we never wanted to leave again. You have everything you need, the apartment is really big and comfortable! We are for sure coming back more often. We totally fell in love with this place. Also the lake and Menaggio are just beautiful!
