The location.Is good. With private carpark yets is near to all restaurants and walking distance to Jonker street. Place is safe and clean.They also have filter for water. Recommend

I do not like your booking app. It is difficult to get any responses, and not easy to navigate to when changes are needed. Your app refer us to the property is at not responsive at first. But your Booking.com app should me it easy to ask for queries. I am not satisfied with this booking app. it was my first time using this app and I probably will not use this app again.

The property is huge, clean and I'm happy to have all my friends in one house. We spent time and chill out together. Walking distance to find places to eat and 'lepak2'. The most important thing is that you can park your car inside the compound safely 😊.

We need to call the owner to get the iron and hair dryer. Probably in the future, the owner can just leave the iron in the property 😉.

Location is good, mins walk to pubs and restaurants along the river and jonker street . Rooms are air conditioned. Free parking.

Host did not respond to emails, messages or phonecalls so I had to go through booking.com customer service to get an acknowledgement from the host that he is aware of our check in time. My questions on check in process and carpark access were not answered. We only knew when we got to the property. The host was there to check us in. The house is old and sparcely furnished. Floor was not very clean so bring your inhouse slippers. Stated 4 bathrooms on booking.com when there are actually 2 showers 2 toilets. The water pressure for the showers was too weak to get a good shower.. Better off using the water bucket and ladle provided. Other than the bedrooms other areas are not air conditioned. It was warm and stuffy to hang out at the living room and tv area for 8 of us.

The location is excellent. It's just by the Melaka river and it was pleasant to take walks there in the mornings and evenings. Parking is very convenient and the house was very clean. Essential appliances like fridge, washing machine, oven, kettle were provided and working well.

The upstairs bathroom pipes were vibrating every time we flushed the toilet. The keycard lock at the entrance is a bit finicky, occasionally we had to try a few times to gain entry.
