It was in a lovely, quiet spot with the lake at our back door. The property was close to so many activities and things to do

One of the mattresses was a bit worn out, if I didn't have a bad back it would have been fine

Our host was exceptional as was our stay in this gorgeous lakefront location. Instructions on how to find the property were very clear. We were greeted, shown the beautiful property and how to properly operate the facilities/appliances. She also served as a concierge who was able to answer our questions regarding sites, activities, and anything around the area. She had a wonderful lakeside hot tub, ebikes and kayaks which we weren't able to try out given our tight schedule. You need many days in Rotorua and at this property! We're very grateful for being able to experience Rotorua in this amazing property and amazing host.

None. Winter in New Zealand was colder than we expected and we forgot to turn on the heater the first night though there were enough warm blankets. We got used to traveling in hotels. This was easily fixed with the in-unit heater that works quickly.

The location was wonderful. It was indeed very relaxing and just what we needed. Although the weather wasn't good but everything about this place felt like home to me and my partner. The owner we met during our check in, she was very welcoming and lovely. A must place to visit.
