Ougiya Ryokan

Lovely room. Central but quiet.

The hot duvets. Otherwise the bed was very cozy

Very good location at the start of the main onsen street but close to the train station. The place is a cute old japanese house which I like, nothing too fancy but everything works and feels like from another place and time compared to how I normally live. And oh how I love these down duvets on futons! The hostess speaks only japanese but that just added more charm to the place and everything we needed to communicate worked well in gestures. Very reasonable price

This is not the kind of ryokan where you can get a local dinner and all, just an accommodation.

Great ryokan in the heart of Kinosaki Onsen. You are provided with yukata to go around the town, as well as given the onsen pass. The rooms are a bit old, but that gives a somewhat nostalgic vibe, which we really liked. There is no shower in the room because you can go to any of the nearby onsen, but a toilet and a sink are available. It feels more like a home stay since meals are not provided as typically done in ryokan, but we did not mind that as there were plenty of restaurants and a convenience store right in front of the ryokan. It is also possible to drop off your luggage before check-in time, and the owner was so nice to bring our luggage upstairs before we came back. We probably had the best sleep of our whole trip in this ryokan, the futon are wonderful.

We had to wait a few minutes in the entrance before the owner realised we were there. We tried announcing ourselves when entering, but we did not receive any reply. Do not expect a very attentive service, you are quite much left to your own devices.

因為是日式傳統建築所以隔音差， 不過想體驗 居家感的日式傳統建築是可以體驗看看

We had a fantastic host! She even brought us to a local stork nest after inquiring whether it was a nice place to visit. The house and room were very cosy. We would certainly stay again.

Ryokan assez vieillot mais très grandes chambres sur tatami et futons, c'était confortable. Pas de salle de bains privées mais pas besoin on va aux onsens Fournitures de yukatas, et cartes pour les 7 onsens de la ville. L'hôtesse tres aimable nous a expliqué le fonctionnement, nous conseille sur le plus beau onsen et nous aide à mettre le yucata Finalement nous avons trouvé que c'était une bonne expérience. Le village est très joli

La proprietaria del ryokan ci ha dato tutte le informazioni su come vivere a pieno il soggiorno a Kinosaki Onsen, con consigli sui bagni termali dove andare. In camera sono presenti i kimono che si indossano per girare il centro di Kinosaki Onsen tra un onsen e l'altro. La proprietaria è stata così gentile da spiegarci come indossarlo e verificare che lo avessimo correttamente messo prima di uscire. Camera in tatami molto ampia, struttura un po' datata ma pulita con quel fascino retrò. Prezzo ottimo.
