No bedside lights in back bedroom. Main bedroom bedside light never worked. No corkscrew.

It was spacious

The lady Kirsty that hosted us was rude, she insisted finding the key was easy and when we explained it wasn’t she went on saying it was easy. It was a bit like a survivor challenge and details were not updated we were told to find a green wall when none existed. She said she was not rude she has many properties to see to…and she must stand up for herself. I have stayed in many booking.com accommodation and she was the one bad encounter I’ve had. The lady that cleaned our apartment was so pleasant, she was much more accommodating than the hostess. For Kristy’s disregard I will rate the place a lot less you don’t want to start your stay with this kind of attitude.

Location, facilities, responsiveness of host when called up (e.g., we couldn’t figure out where tge switch for balcony lights were on the first night - the maintenance guy was dispatched to assist), clarity of instructions for collection of keys and other instructions.

Small little details about cleanliness. However, it wasn’t something that we couldn’t deal with. We attributed our expectations to our own OCD with cleanliness though.

There was an older lady who came twice to tell us to be quiet. We were playing games, laughing and listening to music. We will not return or refer the place to anyone else.

Main bathroom en suite no door and open to the balcony

Sea front location in a refurbished apartment, nicely appointed, comfortable and functional. Excellent views from a large patio, accessed by 2 x bedrooms & lounge.

A couple of maintenance niggles - had a blocked drain in the main bathroom shower, blind operating mechanism in main room not functional - could get blind down and had to wind it up by hand, 2 x umbrellas on patio had loose arms and umbrellas would not stay up, thus not allowing full use of beautiful patio & view
