Check in late and check out early Inderminity which is very long anyway I filled it couple of days before our trip only to be told to fill again on the day of the trip while driving to the venue cause it was needed before we get there and I had to stop on the side of the road Umbrella on the patio broken Ottoman in the main bedroom was not there as I have on Pic before making reservation As soon as u get to the venue host is unavailable

The flat is spacious, the beds are comfortable. The patio furniture is stunning. The Seaview which was the main attraction to us was exceptional!

The main bedroom was missing the ottoman bench which was the main attraction on the pictures displayed. The main bedroom toilet was blocked and we tried to report it, nobody came to our rescue. We ended up buying a plunger in order to fix the toilet. My biggest disappointment was that we were out of electricity for 3 nights, our stay was 5 nights. I do understand that the problem was out of the owner's control. However, there was no communication from the owners of the flat. All we were expecting from them was to check up on us and come up with ways on how best we could deal with the situation. We ended up buying candles and using them for the 3 nights. There was a UPS inverter in the flat, but no one attempted to guide us on how to use it. We tried time and again to communicate with them but we couldn't get hold of anyone. Further more our trip became expensive because we had to eat out or buy takeaways since we couldn't cook for ourselves. Communication is key good people. I have been visiting Ballito since 2014, every January. This trip was my worst experience ever. Last January we stayed with the same group Oasis property, but I doubt we will be visiting any of their properties again.

Everything! Its worth every cent. Host (Kristy) was welcoming. The place is Clean , comfortable and has a breathtaking view!
