The place was very clean good value of Money, the view yooh we did had a good time

The check in time i ddnt like, the person that i was suppose to help us was so her name is Kirsty, she was so mean the way she answers my questions if Im asking something should would answer like she don’t want to answer me. I was landing in King Shaka by 11:00 i asked her to drop my bags since she said i would be charged if i check in earlier, i drove to a place the key was in a different location i went there, unfortunately the key was not there i phoned her she said she will call me back, i was unlucky because she didn’t respond i was called by a guy who helped me to drop off my bags.

Renovations are lacking. Poor supervision of maintenance in general. Entrance I observed the laundry room was not adequate. Not properly cleaned and smelling of wet mops and humidity in the room.

Better care of the apartment is necessary for the view that the apartment offers . Not just about sweeping and mopping but owners should spend money to keep the environment sustainable. It also doesn't help much when the reviews are just for interaction but meaningless in doing the right things. We pay for these premises in good faith with an expectation that we get value in equal measure.

The place was beautiful and very comfortable. However they didn’t have enough towels and the showering equipment was insufficient. The worst disappointment was that there was load shedding for 12 hours which ruined our plans very much, we were not notified of any load shedding which is fine but during the period where we didn’t have any electricity the host didn’t call to check or apologize for any inconvenience. Throughout the whole weekend it was very hard to get ahold of the host.

4 of us spent 3 nights at this beautiful apartment, the keys are collected 1 minute away from the area. The views are outstanding, we saw dolphins each morning playing in the waves, you have access to the pool. The facility was clean and tidy. Just a few things we would have liked improvement on was the amount of towels provided, only one of the three outside lights worked, the kettle leaked when boiling/pouring and more cleaning products. Thanks it was a beautiful stay.
