The place is beautiful, spacious, family friendly location perfect. We had a good stay.

The drain in the shower (en-suite) not working The check in time is not practical, should etleast be 14h00 Check out is too early, recommend check out should be 10h00 or 11h00 Be able to accommodate early checkin without too much additional cost

The key location it not far but it just the puzzle

We wanted to sit out in the evening on the balcony only 1 light worked. The table outside was also not clean.

"During our stay, the temperature was extremely hot, and we were disappointed to find that the third bedroom lacked air conditioning and a fan. Additionally, the kitchen was not equipped with plastic tubs and lids for food storage. The third bedroom also had some issues, including: 1. No mirrors 2. No lamp 3. A window that opened onto the stoep, but we felt unsafe opening it due to the risk of unauthorized entry Furthermore, we were surprised to find that there was no cleaning service provided for the entire week. As we were staying for work purposes, we had to take on the responsibility of washing dishes and maintaining the tidiness of the place ourselves. Other issues we encountered included: 1. A non-functional tin opener 2. A leaking kettle 3. No air conditioning in the lounge area Despite these issues, everything else was satisfactory. Thank you."

The view from the apartment is amazing, it’s everything you would want! Apartment is greatly equipped, very close to the beach and a very comfortable space, the pool is also a bonus!

The admin of getting keys is one I would not like to experience again, it is definitely not visitor friendly to go look for keys at a whole different location to where staying, especially using e-hailing services. Hosts are also not that responsive, I would suggest them having a guide book for guests. However, would still recommend this place based on everything else.

We absolutely loved the view and how spacious the apartment was. everything we needed was there!!

It was a bit disappointing not to have beach access but not the end of the world. What was unfortunate was because the check in time was later than most and the check out time much earlier than most, we definitely didn't not get a chance to enjoy the unit like we could have.

The location and the view was amazing

The main bedroom has mold... property owner stopped replying, the person the property owner told me to contact never answered his phone.
