"The worst experience I have had on Bookings.com."

Unfortunately I never got to see the property as the host asked me to cancel. After I cancelled the customer service went quiet about my refund or an alternative solution despite my repeated efforts to reach out to them.

That the customer service continues to ignore me and I am still unclear on what basis. So please be aware of this!

Stunning hidden gem, most beautiful views, lovely beds, clean linnen and top quality pots and pans etc. Was really very sattisfied, Netflix etc a nice bonus too!!!

Would love to see an outside braai area but that would be a bonus too

Stunning views! Stunning apartment! Everything was perfect and the whole apartment is decorated with taste and sophistication. Kirsty was helpful and went out of her way to accommodate us with our arrival time. We will definitely be returning.

We liked everything!!!! It exceeded our expectation.
