The flat is spacious and very well located. The beds are comfortable and rather fancy. The owner was nice and accommodating. A bit earlier check in was great.

First is insects: we had three cockroaches, one in the bedroom. We found bed bug skins on some kitchen item. I was bitten by bed bug while sitting on sofa. Then dirt: the sofa wasn't even hoovered after previous visitors. Microwave was filthy. The floor was literally grey in places. The rugs seen more stains then actual rug space. We have asked to leave our bags and were asked to return even when I said I will need go keep the key.

Apartamentul este situat central lingă Cișmigiu, liniștit și cochet. Liftul f f strimt, dar fiind la primul etaj nu e o problema. Coffeeshop imediat lingă intrare, precum și alte magazine. Apartamentul dispune cam de tot ce e necesar, paturile cam tari, chestiune de gust.

Curățenia este singurul lucru care a deranjat la început, un pat părea folosit ( urme de stat și de par) dar comunicarea a funcționat excelent și am putut rezolva cazul. Multe multumiri!

Perfect location, walking distance from Izvor metro station (< 5 mins), Izvor park (<5 mins), Cismigiu park (<10 mins), old town (< 15 mins) and many touristic attractions such as Parliament palace. Flat is very well furnished (nice style) and equipped. Living room and bedrooms are very cute and cozy.

Air conditioning unit was present only in the living room. Bedrooms were a bit hot. I wish air conditioning unit were installed also in the bedrooms.

The appartment is well furnished and comfortable. The historic center of Bucharest and palace of parliament are 10 minutes of walk away. Parking is not really an issue, there seems to be some space available always. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, if you need to.

While it seems perfect at first glance, when you look better, it's falling apart. The rug is filthy, the bed is crooked, you can't close the curtains in another bedroom, which has windows under a lamp post so the room can't be dark. I also very much resented the threat of charging me 20 EUR for every half hour stayed after check out time, although I had no intention of doing that.
