I liked the location and the cleanliness

We arrived late at night after 22:00 at the property. The instructions from the host about how to collect the key from a lock box were not clear. It was freezing cold and we didn't know how to collect the key. The host was not available for clarifications. We had to summon a taxi and book an expensive night at a hotel. Next morning we met the host and she told us that she is NOT A 24 HOUR Service. During the stay we asked for an additional blanket and she told us we already had enough. There was only one key to the apartment , there for we had to coordinate our comings and goings

A fabulous flat in a great location (approx 10 - 15 min walk to the Old Town, 3 min walk from the metro with a small supermarket, cafes and restaurants all situated around it). Property was large, clean and well maintained. We really appreciated the extras such a a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, kitchen towel, coffee machine and toiletries which made it feel like a home from home. The washing machine and clothes racks were an added bonus and the flat was cosy and warm (it was -15 degrees outside when we visited). Check in process was easy and communication was good with the owner.

Loved everything - no complaints. Mattress in one of the bedrooms is started to sag in the middle and likely needs replacing at some point.

Biggest bonus is the location but otherwise a bit tired looking place

1. Parking - Monday to Thursday you’re lucky to find parking as this is very central and just a couple of small streets 2. Building and inside building very very old and shabby 3. The flat was super cold when we got there even though I said we have a small child. Radiators in bedrooms were closed. Air conditioning is very very noisy. The bedrooms are really cold and the windows are not very good they let cold air in. The window curtains are very old and they are coming off and you can barely move them. 4. The balcony door does not shut properly and doesn’t seal. The floor is very very cold. 5. The kitchen doesn’t have a dishwasher so all needs hand washing. The kitchen wasn’t as spotless as other places we stayed at in Bucharest. 6. Bathroom window doesn’t have a cover and it’s right in the shower with a mirror right across. And it is facing a courtyard. 7. We come to Bucharest every month for appointments and we stayed in much better accommodation for this price. 8. Some channels on tv don’t work well bad signal 9. If you travel with a small child, be aware the lift barely fits one person. We didn’t dare go in it.

Spacious and clean!

Nothing to dislike. Would have been nice to have full confirmation that pillows/bedding were feather free - as one of our party is allergic to this. I asked twice and didn’t really get confirmation. But as it happened, pillows/bedding were fine.
