Location is close to lots of restaurants and easy walking distance to GwangJang Market. Heated floors were very useful since the bed was broken and one of us had to sleep on the floor.

INSANELY CRAMPED WITH TERRIBLE USE OF SPACE. Small spaces can still be made pleasant with the correct use of storage and vertical space but none of this is taken into consideration at this property. Do NOT book unless desperate AND traveling alone AND only staying one night. Otherwise, no space for 2 people, let alone 2 people + luggage. Luggage storage is not safe at all. People leave the main door wide open all the time so anybody can come in and take your stuff in the unmanned luggage storage room. I couldn't communicate with the hosts at all for some reason, even though I scanned every QR code contact info displayed on the door. I would have been screwed if I hadnt arrived with my mom who had a Korean phone number to call the hosts. Floor had hairs on it upon arrival. Room 401 had no wifi at all. Borrowed 501's and 301's wifi the entire time. Shower gel was empty. (Cleaners don't check or fill between bookings.) Toilet seat was broken. Bed was broken in more than one place. One corner of the bed was completely depressed and sunken in so much that it was impssible for two people to sleep on it. (One person had to sleep on the floor.) Blanket was awful. Multiple burnt areas, and the filling would all fall to one side if you tried to cover yourself with it. Laundry was free, but it took 2 hours for a cycle. PLEASE add some hooks and shelves to the room.

La chambre ne possède pas de véritables rangements, l’équipement est sommaire, mais surtout l’immeuble est mal insonorisé.

It was clean and had basic room amenities

The room is very tiny it's okay to stay one or 2 nights. bathroom and kitchen in one room no tables which is not comfortable.

Miniküche mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle im Zimmer. Es gibt Waschmaschinen und Trockner.

Kein Stuhl, kein Tisch, und nichts zum Hinhängen ner Jacke im Zimmer. Die Zimmer werden während des Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt, der Müll nicht entfernt. Es gibt kein Personal vor Ort. Ohne WhatsApp ist man aufgeschmissen. Ich hatte das Glück, daß gerade ein anderer Gast am Eingang stand und mich reingelassen hat und die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer übernommen hat. Zimmercode etc kamen dann über Whatsapp von dem hilfreichen Gast, der dann aber auch die Zugangsdaten zu meinem Zimmer hatte. Das Frühstück besteht aus einer Dose mit Toastbrot im Flur und einer Tüte Marmelade, beides mit unbekanntem Alter und nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend.

Centraal gelegen. Veel eettentjes en winkels vlakbij. Openbaarvervoer ook vlakbij.

Ik twijfelde of het beddengoed wel schoon was. Het rook alsof er al iemand in had geslapen. Wij hadden 1 koffer, maar een tweede grote koffer zou nauwelijks in de kamer passen. Als je gaat douchen wordt de hele badkamer inclusief wc nat. Dus je moet eerst alles weer droogmaken. Buiten erg veel lawaai, dus om 5 uur in de morgen wakker van mensen die al aan het werk waren.

Quite small but clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet area and easily accessible - metro station and airport shuttle bus station are just a few minutes away by foot. Even if it's self check-in, the host is always available for any request.

It's not that I didn't like it, but the kitchen area is disproportionally too big for the room size. That space could have been used for a closet or a desk...

打掃人員沒有如期進行打掃工作，房東積極幫忙處理，房間打掃很乾淨，還幫忙換了新的床單，但是打掃的人員還是沒有補充沐浴乳。 冰箱冷凍全部結冰，無法使用冷凍空間 空調的聲音較大
