Seguro que todo se puede mejorar pero estuve contenta con la reserva

自助CHECKIN，I人友善，傳訊息給住宿管家回覆的速度很快，態度也很親切。提供早餐的方式是在一樓放麵包跟果醬自取，24小時都可以去拿很方便，一樓就有洗衣機與烘衣機，可以免費使用。

住宿旁邊是回收廠，凌晨5點就會開始作業，音量大到兩層窗戶都遮不住，一定會被吵醒的程度，除非是非常早睡早起的行程，不然真心不建議入住，會嚴重影響睡眠品質。

It does meets our criteria more than the other places we've stayed.

We were bitten by mosquitoes. At first we thought that we are in a wrong place, before someone opened the door for us. When we entered no one to welcome us, waited at the lobby to see if someone would come but no one. I then send another message to the owner to let them know that we have arrived. That's when she requested for the copy of confirmation of the reservation. It was after i sent it to her that's when she forwarded all the information we needed to access our rooms. It actually took time before we are sorted but wasn't bad.

There is nothing to like about this place other than hot water being adequate.

1, Not safe as there is no exterior lighting. 2. Premises not properly secure 3. Main entrance looks filthy & uninviting. 4. Rooms not thoroughly cleaned, trash can may not have been emptied for about a week. 5. Rooms too small cannot even put a medium size suitcase without blocking access in case of emergency. 6.Bathroom sink was backing up. 7. Bed linen and blanket had odor and stained. 8. Hard to find the location as it is in the back alley. 9. Breakfast - only bread and some jam, no coffee or tea. 10, Host seemed bothered and non-responsive in communications. 10. Wi-fi was hit and miss. 11. Do not store the luggage as it is not secured, I was able to enter the premise without code since main door was wide open. Even hostels have better safety & security. I am shocked the Booking.com had this kind of property on the website.

The property was in a very good location, and was able to accommodate me at a very short notice after my other accommodation fell through.

I think that the cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment is something that should be taken into account. There was a foul smelling liquid leaking from the base of the toilet. This of course caused flies to congregate. There was also a foul smell coming from the kitchen sink because food had been left in the drain and not cleaned. I also later noticed that out of the 4 towels in my room only one of them was clean the rest were either stained, dirty or foul smelling or all of the above.
