Friday Suites

We had a great time in the apartment. Everything you need is there. The owner Abofasil was very friendly, courteous and helpful. He gave us many tips for restaurants and sightseeing spots. We could turn to him at any time. We even spontaneously needed a rental car for a day, which he was able to arrange for us. Everything was super uncomplicated and we would be happy to return.

The host is beyond generous and friendly. Please call him for food suggestions. He has great ones! He is responsive and personable. He made the effort to personally greet us and see us off. The rooms, hotel in general, and location were much better than I was expecting. The pictures don’t do the rooms justice. They are lovely. The restaurant directly across the street is worth eating at. The food was fantastic! They don’t speak much English but don’t let that stop you. It’s worth putting in the effort to figure it out. The food was great! Parking was easy. The main sites were accessible from the location, between ten and thirty minutes depending on where you were going. Staying here will give you a real Saudi experience. You’ll feel the beautiful hospitality of this amazing country. I would stay here anytime I’m in Alula.

More than one key for the larger apartment would be helpful.

I really liked the hospitality. Mr Abou Faisal did an outstanding job, once we arrived he give us tips on where to go and best places to visit. He helped us where to eat and he gave us advices on each and everything. One of the best things he sat with us and brought coffee and date then he talk about his experience and history of Al Ula. If I can advice KSA government a small advice please let Mr. Abou Faisal the representative of Al Ula, I'm sure all people world wide will adore Al Ula because of him. Everything was clean of course each person has a cleaning details but its really clean If you turn lights on, the room will be a perfect for working if u have something to work on. If there is anything is not good or need to be fixed just call Mr. Abou Faisal 3 mins he will solve it. (on personal experience 3 mins he came and solve it) Cleaning ur room it can be daily or depending on ur request and u can ask for the guy to clean only if u r in the room. In my opinion its a plus since I'm a person who like to keep my stuff in place and no one touch them so i told the cleaning guy what to clean and what not to touch. I only wish if the shower place has bit more space 1 or 2 cm will make a difference.

Great accommodation in Al Ula! Clean and calm apartment with plenty of room for a family. Very friendly and warm welcome by the owner. We got helpful tips, coffee, and the best dates of AlUla. A small supermarket right next door, parking available and with car it’s easy to reach.

Comfortable Room with all amenities. 10mins drive from Old Town. Parking in front. But the best part is the host. Abu Faizal is the most hospitable host we have ever seen. Makes you feel like family. Available 24x7 on WhatsApp and helps with everything from Food recommendations to Tour bookings.

If you're looking for a real experience of Saudi culture and not just a visit, Friday Suites is the perfect place to stay. Abo faisal is very kind, welcoming and helpful, he was there all the time and can recommend the most interesting places to visit in Al'Ula and even arrange tours for you. The apartment was spacious and very clean and everything you need is in there, plenty of restaurants and accommodation within walking distance. I highly recommend the Friday suites.

The apartment we rented was comfortable, clean and spacious. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. AboFaisal (the owner) was really helpful, it is so amazing to see a local serving other people with all modesty, concern and care as though we are his own family... he made sure our stay was as comfortable as it is... He was so helpful with our itineraries as well, explaining a lot of the history of Alula. We will surely stay again in this suite.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. It added flavour to the trip because it helped us immerse in the life of the local residents. The host is amazing, helping in every way he can. He gave us tips where to go for the food and has helped with all our requests.

You have to have a car to travel anywhere in Al Ula, but that is not a problem. Affordable rentals are available in the airport. The flat would benefit from more sunlight.
