"Fue buena y tranquila."

Me gustó lo limpio que estaba, la decoración moderna, las camas. El jardín, la alberca. El desayuno es bueno si incluyeran una ensalada sencilla estaría mejor. La cosinera que trabaja de lun.-viernes es excelente! Y el joven que limpia la acotación elefantes súper servicial!

El A/C dio problemas pero lo arreglaron. La villa estaba más lejos del muelle de lo calculado,

"A slice of calm on the island"

It was like a little oasis on the island. The bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

The shower wasn't very good and didn't drain. Very few plugs you could use in the room.

"Ok but wouldn’t come back"

Big swimming pool

The decoration of the property is quite overwhelming. Breakfast is prepared individually by a staff member, and it feels a bit uncomfortable to have to ask for it every morning. It also feels unusual that tips are requested (in an informal way) for every small service. Overall, the place doesn’t really feel like a hotel. Since people seem to live there, it feels more like staying in someone’s home or an Airbnb, which can be uncomfortable at times. In my room (the one with elephant décor), the bathroom had several issues: the shower had almost no water pressure, and the water didn’t drain properly. The outdoor floor area was also very dirty and wasn’t cleaned during my stay. Additionally, there are three birds kept in cages outside, which felt strange and added to the uncomfortable atmosphere.

"Elegant, Clean Villa with Friendly Staff"

Beautiful, clean hotel with extremely friendly staff, especially the older doorman, the maids, and breakfast staff. Everyone was wonderful. The owner is also very friendly. And the rooms are huge.
