We arrived past midnight. Very easy check - in The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The room is very comfortable. Pool is perfect Really relaxing

I booked the family room with mountain view and a few steps to swimming pool, that was great. Overall for my stay was good.

Just about the security, as the property's gate is always opened, everyone can get in and my room is on ground floor in front of swimming pool. Somebody make noise and try to open my room at night (but it's locked), nothing happen but my family just felt unsafe, not sure if any staff stand by at night time to take care if any bad situation happen. Another happenned was property's power cut for 4 times, while outside still power on normally.

I really felt at home because of the excellence of the staff. From the check in to the check out they all have been amazingly friendly and kind. The manager took on his time to explain me more about the city and surroundings Room is very comfortable and nice view I really loved it and will be back soon

A lovely quiet hotel with excellent service and facilities. The staff are very attentive to your needs. Breakfast is very good in a lovely setting with a good view of the mountains. The room is large with a very comfortable bed

Great size pool, with majestic views of the mountains. Room size was big. I paid $5 extra per night and got a balcony (mountain facing room).

When l was checking out, a staff member raised that l had agreed with the hotel manager wanted to pay for an extra night for a late check-out, when l had not, and it had never been raised by the hotel manager. In fact a staff member said they would be flexible for my late check- out and no additional costs were ever mentioned). In addition, the hotel manager had also never communicated there would be a charge for a late check out, and he had ample opportunity to do so. (I note the hotel manager also wanted to charge extra for another guest too ref alleged first class train ticket, when the guest had only requested a standard ticket.). Eventually, after the hotel manager failed to show at the hotel at the time of my departure, l checked out without having to pay extra, as agreed by the staff member, but it does not leave the nicest farewell. That said, l found the staff member, Tom helpful. While the views of the hotel are great and pool is huge - its great value for money compared with other options eg has good hotel water, big rooms, small fridge, l think the hotel could do with some more care. Eg have nice photos around to make it more homely. It felt tad soul- less. Be also good to have nicer toilet paper, and fix the slightly wobbly banister. Town is a 15 minute walk, so not far, but for guests arriving late, know that there is no food service available outside of breakfast at the hotel.

It was nice and well located, just outside of the city but close enough to cycle or walk if needed. Pool was nice and rooms were okay, I think they’re in the process of getting updated which will be good. The best thing about this place was the views with the hot air balloons in the evening!!

Pool was a little dirty sometimes and they could do with some more sunloungers and maybe some cushions for the sunloungers to make them a little more comfortable.

very noisy in the morning. Don't know if some neighbors were so loud or if there were construction works or anything, but it was very loud. - warm water didn't work properly
