Affordable price and it’s including breakfast

I reserved the train ticket from Vangvieng to luangprabang through this hotel with $20 including pickup service, and I got my ticket very quickly after the first night. Everything was fine until the time I was about to leave for the train station. The hotel manager suddenly asked me for $5 more, and his excuse was that they reserved me for 1st class in mistake. They tried to charge me unreasonably at last minute while I stayed there for 3 night. It is my worst experience is Laos

Highly recommend this hotel, great location near to the main part of Vang Vieng. The views are incredible. Nice pool. Great breakfast. Clean. Comfortable bed. The Hungarian guy in reception was very helpful with many things and great to speak with him.

Check in was a bit slow, but life is slow in Laos. Not an issue.

The staff was really nice, they had a pool, nice breakfast and the room was clean and had lots of space.

Everything seems only half ready. The prices for a tour, bus or train ticket are really high. As a paying costumer I think it’s no good sign to make these high prices since you “trust” your accomodation, that they want the best for you, but they still want to make way too much profit with you. For example a train ticket would have cost us 162.000 kip and in the hotel over 400.000.

The room was very nice, it was extremely spacious and was also very clean! The pool was also so nice, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The swimming pool was good. View of the mountains with hot air balloons passing in the evening from the front of our room was memorable. The staff were very helpful. Reception organized trips, scooter hire and onward transfer.

Ten minutes walk down the road to main restaurants. But this was compensated for by being in a very quiet location.

the volunteer that started on our 2nd day there was really unfriendly, but the other staff was very friendly and helpful!
