Superior Apartment Catania

Die Wohnung war unglaublich schön! Sauber, alles wichtige vorhanden, groß, tolles Bett , perfekte Lage. Die Kommunikation mit Guiseppe war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Einfach eine außergewöhnliche Wohnung mit ganz viel Charme ☺️

First of all , what a nice man Giuseppe the host was. He met us at the apt (easy to find) and helped us up the stairs with cases (we both had been quite poorly and perhaps would have struggled) He contacted us everyday to make sure we were ok and whether we needed anything. He recommended places to eat which were very good and gave detailed instructions on how to get to the beach / sites. The apartment is very large, immaculate, comfortable, very stylish, just like the photos posted. Beautiful high ceiling needs to be seen to be believed. It is equipped with everything you need, fridge , freezer, washing machine. Iron and ironing board. A Nespresso machine, pods. The bedding, the sheets were white crisp, ?linen lovely to sleep on. Fabulous pillows. Lovely bathroom with little stool you can use and a shelf for your toiletries. Don't be put off by the stainless steel at the bottom of the shower being discoloured it was very clean, unfortunately there is a problem in Sicily with calcium build up. Fabulous wardrobe with lots of quality coat hangers. Lovely balconies , one looking out onto the main street. Air conditioning was excellent, cooled the very large room easily but as a hint you should close your shutters when going out to stop the excessive heat entering the room. The area is within walking distance to all the main sites. (Obtain a map from tourist information to make your life easier). Trendy area with lots of restaurants , you could have a formal meal or an Italian tapas type meal or just a drink . Good wines, beers everything very reasonably priced, cheaper than the UK. (Try the fish market, sit and have a good glass of wine and some freshly cooked fish ) Just to comment on a couple of the reviews, the room is safe for children especially if they sleep downstairs. You would not want a small child to go onto a mezzanine. The passage to the apt is dirty but there was building work going on but no noise in the apartment.

Absolutely loved this apt and would recommend. There was nothing at all that we did not like. Stayed for a week and will definitely be back

The apartment is huge and equipped with everything you need. Also it is located in the "old town" area with a lot of terraces and places to eat and drink. Giuseppe is a great host, very helpful.
