Superior Apartment Catania

Excellent location and interior design of the apartment. Giuseppe provided all required details in effective manner.

Limitation of washing capsules. One capsule for 4 days.

The appartment was very clean, beautiful and stylish, it had everything we might need, Giuseppe was a great host active and very good communication, would definitely come back and recommend it! thank you Giuseppe! :)

This apartment is located in a very central area of the city and offers amazing diversity of places to visit. The apartment was sparkling clean, spacious and modern. We felt as if we had booked a castle :) There are four charming balconies, and every detail was taken great care of. Our host Giuseppe was more than helpful. He was available at all times and that made our stay really memorable. We will deffinitely return there! I’ve already recommended the place to my closest friends. We are sure that the apartment will be well visited and respected from all the future guests, or at least we hope so! That stay was really fantastic! Thank you Guiseppe! 🇮🇹

There was one little incident, or better to say mishap. When we were trying to make finally some fresh pasta, the electricity of the apartment was turned off immediately after I turned on the second stove (for the sauce). Once I texted our host, he immediately helped us to sort the situation out, which was nice! Besides that little something, we left relaxed and very happy.

This apartment was everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Difficult to find however our host Giuseppe was there waiting with our keys. The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Kids loved the lights above the bed. Host left us plenty of coffee pods, water and Sicilian sweet treats which was very appreciated. Would recommend and would stay again.

Didn’t like that the keys were attached to electricity key. Left it difficult with us when one of us wanted to leave the apartment. Alley way a bit filthy but difficult to maintain.

Spacious room and very clean. Location is ideal. Contact with owner was very nice. Instructions to get in the house were clear.

Lack of kettle to have tea. This is something which was disappointing. Space could be utilized a bit more to make the room more cozy. Some furniture in the bathroom would be nice to put you clothes. Couch needs cleaning. Not fit for small children.

The apartment is decorated in a modern and chic way, yet being in a several hundred years-old building lent much character and coziness-the ceilings are high and have moulded cement flourishes, and there are not one, but three balconies that let in lots of light and air. Bed really comfortable and shower a dream. It’s close to everything you want to see and do by foot, and in a really funky trendy neighborhood with a daily market and plenty of cafes and restaurants around. Our host, Giuseppe checked in every morning with a friendly greeting and a daily weather report! So sweet! His instructions were clear for access to the apartment and made sure we knew he would always be on-call for anything we needed. He recommended places to eat and what to do. We had super great communication with him.

As an older couple, though in pretty good shape, not having parking directly on the property was an issue. But we knew that when we booked, and the garage was fairly close for just walking-still for older people it wasn’t the best. There’s no elevator in the building and the apt is on the top floor. So, you do get the amazing view, and a beautiful comfortable space, for the trouble of schlepping bags up the stairs.
