Catlins area accommodation

Es war alles wie beschrieben und das Zimmer war sauber. Für eine Nacht und für den Preis okay

Es gab nur einen kleinen Heizer wodurch es nachts entweder laut oder kalt war…

Comfortable, clean space with everything we needed. Funky layout, but worked fine for us! Nice big table for our group to eat dinner at.

My main complaint were the air fresheners. We had to put them outside during our stay because the smell was so strong and unpleasant.

Good location, easy to find, very clean. Comfortable bed.

One does get some noise from the other units particularly the upstairs one. Very basic kitchen supplies but I still managed to cook a microwave dinner.

Clean and modern. Should be described as studio but fine for overnight for two. Disabled shower was good and spacious but room may be tight for wheelchair user.

Disappointed being unable to contact owner

Sehr sauber. Alles nötige zum Frühstücken. Geräumiges Bad. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Zentrale Lage. Gut für eine Übernachtung.

Kochen ist eher nicht möglich, es fehlen Kochplatten und Utensilien. Einchecken und Kommunikation nur kontaktlos. Lage an der Hauptstraße.

This accomodation has a total lack of privacy: it is a full-glass door facing the main road, and all parking is in front of the entrances. The construction is flimsy - when someone walks on the upper level, the building nearly shakes. We stayed in one of three rooms - room A is upstairs, room C is in the back (possibly more private) - ours was room B. Avoid it. All in all, I cannot recommend this, and Booking.com should declassify it.

It was small with not much space although they had used the space well. There was a fair bit of noise from the room next door and the people above walking around so wouldn’t be great if you were a light sleeper.
