Atenea - Optional Beach Club

The rooms are clean and well-maintained, common area is nice, the host is very welcoming helpful and responsive.

The fact there are no doors in bathroom might be cute for couples, but a bit uncomfortable for a family... The hotel is far away from the center, which they state in description, but due to rainy season all streets around were flooded and unwalkable.

Das Hotel ist fantastisch. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, mit dem besten Ausblick. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Service, egal bei welchem Anliegen. Sehr gutes Frühstück, welches wir auf dem Balkon vom Zimmer genossen haben. Tolle Einrichtung mit Liebe zum Detail.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ganz oben hat nicht gut funktioniert: kühlt kaum herunter und ist super laut, vor allem nachts kaum möglich nebenbei zu schlafen. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer brummt zeitweise aber leider immer noch zusätzlich und noch mal lauter als die Klimaanlage. Diese Geräuschkulisse ist nachts sehr störend und man sicher recht einfach beheben.

The hotel itself is gorgeous, tastefully decorated, with views of the sea, in a quiet yet easily reachable location - and a lovely swimming pool; but what really stood out for me was the generosity and the hospitality of the owners. We were supposed to stay for one night but then I got ill. Jose and Mia kindly let me stay 2 more nights and only charged me for one. They also arranged for a doctor to come to the hotel and Mia also prepared food for me as I had a sensitive stomach. Thank you for everything; hoping to come back some day :)

Nos ha encantado el hotel. Un sitio tranquilo, bien ubicado, con vistas geniales, instalaciones perfectas y un personal muy atento y amable. 100% recomendable. Si volvemos a Holbox seguro que volvemos a este hotel

Todo. Nos encantó completamente todo. Decoración, comodidad de la cama, baño... A la habitación no le faltaba ni un solo detalle, todo era bonito y funcional. En cada uno de estos detalles se podía apreciar el mimo y dedicación de los anfitriones. El exterior era una delicia. Múltiples zonas para descansar y disfrutar del entorno. La piscina muy cuidada. Había agua embotellada para su consumo, frigorífico, jarra, tazas...pero lo que más queremos resaltar es la atención de Mia y Jose. Estuvieron atentos en todo momento a nuestras necesidades, nos propusieron restaurantes, actividades, lugares...contratamos la excursión del tiburón ballena con un conocido suyo, por lo que nos inspiró más confianza. Tuvimos un pequeño problema de salud y nos ayudaron con el contacto del médico. Estamos enormemente agradecidos con ellos. Ellos hicieron nuestra estancia que fuera muy muy buena. Por cierto el acceso a la playa está justo en frente y es una zona tranquila y preciosa.

Todo fue espectacular. Nos pilló una oleada de mosquitos importante, pero por supuesto nada relacionado con el alojamiento.

Nos encantó todo. Ana y José, los propietarios, súper amables y atentos en todo momento. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.
