HOTEL SUHAANA

Excellent location, right in the centre of Kyoto in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. Short walking distance to bus stop and train stations. In fact, you could walk to Gion if you’d want. It’s that close. The property itself was clean, but nothing too amazing. It was a simple one bedroom apartment, slightly smallish but comfortable. Loved the toilet and bath area. It was clean.

I liked the modern look, modern tech, the easy fast clothes washer, the wet clothes drying rack and hangers, the utensils provided, and especially the USB charging outlets that no other places have had. It's in a quiet neighborhood conveniently near some tourist areas, train stations, and food stores, and fairly central. Tech support responded quickly to my complaint about the Internet, gave my particular issue a real effort to fix but couldn't (my Hearthstone app would work on their Internet), but no other Internet issues.

The bed is way too hard and bumpy, the pillow could be more comfortable, they provided a hot comforter but not a lighter top sheet for the bed, the TV is smaller than it should be for a high tech room, and having the bathroom wall so close in front of the toilet is awkward.

Great location, in a quiet street but still close to a lot of venues, despite the small space it had a lot of equipment, everything was modern, and despite no personnel on site all the communication went very smoothly

Bed could be more comfortable, sound isolation from the street isn’t great so you can hear the bigger road nearby at night

Location is very convenient. The size of the room is very good. Room is very clean.

Perfect location in the heart of the city anywhere is easily accessible, and you can do any major thing you wanna do in Kyoto at this location while you’re here it is located in the heart of the cultural part of the city (Gion) and has a lot of quiches in the surrounding area, which really give you a nice cultural experience in a short amount of time lots of good local restaurants. The hotel room was encrypted with everything you would need. Their customer support was phenomenal and they responded in a lot of detail, very friendly very quickly and helpful. We got a lot of help with our luggages. Thank you so much.
