They made zero effort to make our stay comfortable. There were no staff, and when asking for an extra pillow, they didn't have one.

It was in a great location with lots of restaurants nearby. It wasnt far to Nishiki market or the river. It was very helpful to have a washing machine. I also liked the security of a number entry for the property and the room.

No problems with anything

No-contact service was a plus. The location is excelent: walking distance to a lot of the sites in Higashiyama and to malls, shops and restaurants to the West. There's also a metro station close to it. The room is pretty big compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan and the bed was big enough for two tall people (192 and 175cm).

The entire apartment is heated by a single AC unit, so oftentimes the rest of the apartment would be cold at night.

Súper clean and there was a washer machine

Cleanliness. There are finger print on mirror as well as oily stains on table and oily spot in kitchen

Everything went really great. The hotel is super clean and 15min walk to many restaurants. Any messages through booking is answered super fast, they are very polite. I had to change my reservation before the trip. They were very patient to help me and refunded the difference. I stayed in the hotel for a second time and again everything was perfect.

Very accomodating, convenient and has the nearest train and bus station.
