Spatious, convenient, and affordable.

I knew not to drink the water but when using it to brush teeth, water leaves bad taste. Bed was really hard and uncomfortable.

Location is great, it is on a quiet street close to Gion quarter with a lot of food options and night life. It is also walking distance e to many temples and shrines. NISHIKI MARKET is also within walking distance. ATM and 7 eleven are around the corner. Room is larger than most hotel rooms and very quiet.

Was perfectly situated near town and near my favourite shrine

The toilet door and location of loo meant that getting into the bathroom for the shower/bath was nearly impossible.

Spacious, so handy to have a fridge and a washing machine! Very responsive staff over messenger and had a very smooth check in/ out process. Could drop off our luggage early and they even let us check in early when we arrived as the room was ready. Easy walk to the main areas and connecting train stations. No convenience store super close but good enough. Good aircon!

It was very clean and a perfect location. The room was surprisingly spacious compared to what I've experienced in Japan, and the kitchenette was very handy. It felt like incredible value for money!

It would have been nice to have enough tea bags to reflect how many nights I was there, and maybe a coffee option?

Location was close to the train station. Had laundry in room!
