Cold, no where to sit, cobwebs, no bedside table or lamps, 2 lightbulbs missing, no towel rail. No shampoo or shower gel. Only two powers points. Would not stay again

We arrived at 8pm and the windows were open in our room. It was freezing. Despite running a small heater all night, we were unable to warm the room.
NZNZthe dinner menu was very limited. black board only. meals were ok, but not what one expects in a Hotel/Pub, especially on at Saturday night
AUGreat location, great rooms and beds were comfy. Reasonably priced.
Entry & Exit doors were hard to go through, they had strong self closing mechanisms.

The evening meals were poor. They were left under a warmer. We waited for 45 minutes and had to go looking to see what had happened. The meals were cold and the staff unconcerned. We ate only a small amount and left the rest uneaten.
NZThey changed our booking so we could have our dog with us. The food was great.
