‏The only positive thing was the friendly staff

‏Very disappointing experience. The bathroom had a bad smell, the hotel was extremely noisy, and you can hear every sound from outside. The room was small and looked completely different from the photos shown online. The price was expensive for what was offered, and the food was also poor. The only positive thing was the friendly staff. I paid for five nights but couldn’t stay more than two due to the noise and bad smell. Overall, a very bad experience

Everything was good at this hotel. The New Year’s dinner was superb, and the staff were fantastic.

The hotel’s rooftop terrace has great potential.

The location was great, very close to the jetty. The staff were friendly and supportive. The room was clean and decent sized.

Same breakfast menu everyday which can be improved.

El personal tan amable y la facilidad que nos dieron para contratar excursiones. Además, nos dieron la habitación antes de la hora del check in y después de dejarla, pudimos dejar allí las maletas con facilidad mientras estábamos de excursión y nos proporcionaron toalla extra para poder cambiarnos. Todo facilidades.

К сожалению, осталась разочарована проживанием. Номер был в очень плохом состоянии: везде трещины, казалось, что стены вот-вот разойдутся. В номере были муравьи, а полотенца выдали с дырками. Отдельно хочу отметить неприятное отношение персонала на выезде — общались грубо и давали непонятную, противоречивую информацию. Ожидания от проживания не оправдались. Надеюсь, что руководство обратит внимание на качество обслуживания и состояние номеров.

The hotel is family-run and welcoming. It's superbly located, right in front of the excursion boats, the party boat, close to the shops, and right on the beach. The staff is lovely. We must highlight the friendliness and attentiveness of all the staff, with special mention to the two receptionists (Chathu and Dulanjalee), who are so sweet and stole our hearts. We also want to thank the service staff, waiters, and cooks for their excellent service. By the way, the French omelet that Ruwan Buddika makes is spectacular! Overall, we give it a 10, as any minor shortcomings in the hotel are more than compensated for by the friendliness of the staff, who could easily be working in a luxury hotel. Thank you for everything!

El hotel es familiar y acogedor. Está super bien ubicado., delante de los botes que hacen las excursiones, delante del barco fiesta, cerca de las tiendas y delante de la playa. El personal es encantador . Destacar, la aminilidad y atención de todo su personal, haciendo mención especial a las dos chicas de recepción ( Chathu y Dulanjalee ) , que son un amor y nos han robado el corazón. También dar gracias por el trato al personal de servicio, camareros y cocineros. Por cierto, la tortilla de francesa que prepara ( Ruwan buddika), es espectacular!! En general le damos.un 10, ya que las pequeñas carencias que se.puedan observar en el hotel, las suple de sobras la amibilidad de su personal, el cual, podría estar trabajando perfectamente en un hotel de lujo. Gracias por todo!!!
