This is my second review for this hotel, and unfortunately, the situation has not improved. We had to leave after just one night because the hotel was clearly under reconstruction — the rooms were destroyed, dirty, and in no condition to accommodate guests. It has reportedly been like this for the past three weeks, which makes it even more unacceptable. We immediately requested a reimbursement through Booking.com, but to this day there is no result. The manager, Sajith, has been completely unresponsive to my messages and has ignored Booking.com’s request for confirmation. It feels like they are just waiting for me to forget about it — but that’s not how responsible management should operate. Please take this into account before booking. Think twice before coming there.

The location is very close to the pier where you enter the island. Breakfast was nice. Many thanks to Luke, who was very helpful in carrying our luggage to the room and fixing our broken toilet. They also assisted us by keeping our luggage at the hotel after our check-out time.

The rooms looked very different from the photos—there were ants everywhere, and the towels provided were honestly dirty. There was a large crack running across the wall.

Very peaceful place, very quite, very good location. very best staff at all service desks, very supportive and cooperative. Special thanks to Reception team Ms. Chelsa and Ms. Dineshike, Delicious food prepared by Chef Sandun and Team, very good attentive housekeeping team and to Mr. Dinesh. Entire hotel management and team were very professional and extended their services which allow guest to visit again. Location of hotel was very convient near boat pickup point. Everything was very accessible. There was a small shop which supplies everydays small needs.

Nothing is there to put in developmental comments, everything was very well organized and arranged to keep the guest happy.
