Super clean and comfortable + john was very helpful with anything I needed! Close to everything you need in General Luna + Cloud 9 & renting a scooter helped me get around the whole island :)

Kitchen could have more than a fridge, microwave & water cooker, however I didn't need it. Coffee would have been a great plus!

Hands down, one of the best stays I’ve ever had and I’m not just saying that. The room is cold, quiet, clean. No clutter, no weird smells, no half-broken stuff. You walk in, you breathe. You sleep well. You don’t hear anything. It’s just… PERFECT. John the owner he’s not doing that “host” act. He’s just a solid guy who actually shows up for his guests. No delays, no excuses, no attitude. You need something? It’s done. You’ve got questions? He answers them before you even ask. No ego, no weird vibe just pure respect and presence. It’s rare as hell. Even the scooter rental is on point brand new, rides clean, price is fair. Not one of those beat-up bikes everyone else tries to pass off as “ok.” This isn’t just a place to sleep. It’s run properly. It feels good. You can tell someone gives a shit about the details and that alone makes it better than half the so-called “top-rated” places out there. Stay here. That’s it.

The location is perfect, close to everything in General Luna, the room and share areas are really clean. Air conditioning and hot water. But specially the attention from the owner. We were early for the check in and he let us leave our things, gave us good recommendations and let us know just in time we forgot something after leaving. That kind of details are what makes the difference. Definitely will come back. Also they clean the property everyday and the lady who cleans it it’s also really nice

Nothing to complain

Comfortably and reasonably priced. Living room and kitchen is great! John was a great host and helped us out with a bike and things to do. It’s quiet with no restaurants or bars around the house, which was great for a good nights sleep.

I just stayed at ARAW and honestly, I didn’t expect this room to be that good. At first glance, the photos make it seem small but once you’re inside, you get it. The room is long, clean, quiet, and super cold (thank God for the A/C). It’s about 2 meters wide and 6 meters long which sounds narrow, but the layout actually works really well. It feels private, comfortable, and somehow calming. The bed? Super comfortable, firm but soft in all the right ways. Slept like a rock every night. What really stood out though is how clean everything was. You can tell they really care. Even the house rules were clear, helpful, and made sense not like those weird “don’t breathe” lists you find in other places. The WiFi was fast, no issues I was working and streaming during my stay. Their scooter rental was also a huge plus the scooter is literally brand new, rides smooth, and cheaper than anything I found in town. And the host… wow. You don’t feel like a stranger here. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was being welcomed home. Everything was easy, warm, and respectful. No weird small talk, no pressure. Just real human energy and genuine care. Location-wise, it’s in a great spot close to everything but peaceful. If you’re coming to Siargao and want something clean, quiet, and really well-managed without spending a fortune this is it.

Jhon is an incredible host. Hew was super clear in all aspects, friendly and worried that we have all we need while our stay. The room was incredible, super conformable and big bed. The AC working 100%, warm shower (sometimes needed even in tropical weather like Siargao).

All was excelent.

Our stay was amazing! The house was clean, the area was perfect and the home stay host was really kind. He helped us with hidden spots, we could rent a bike through him and helped us with transfer to the airport.
