Чисто. Хорошее расположение если вы с автомобилем

Очень скудный завтрак. А если и придешь не к началу, то и его не достанется. Персонал не пополняет даже салат. А если начнут что-то готовить в 7 утра, например карри, то весь запах будет у вас в комнате. Двери с стены очень тонкие, ты слышишь все, что делают твои соседи. Подушка такая маленькая, что на ней с трудом помещается голова. За почти неделю пребывания, ни разу не убрали в номере, не забрали мусор и не предложили поменять полотенца.

"A Gem in Hirafu"

Jessy and Mikeo, were superb hosts, the location was great, just out of Hirafu, Breakfast was great, as was Room and Free Shuttle to slopes, Laundry and all facilities were why we stayed an extra 2 days, beyond our original plans. Superb Restaurant close by, easy to get a table with great live music 🎶

"Great service by staff but an irresponsible owner - Paul."

Staff were friendly

We stayed at this property for four nights and were extremely disappointed with the lack of hot water on our third night where we found out at 10pm. We contacted the property’s hotline, only to be told that the issue could not be fixed until the next morning. The staff even came to our room to confirm the water was cold. We tried for 1.5 hours to get hot water, and the staff told us that the owner Paul was only contactable the next day evening. This was unacceptable, especially given the price we paid. Despite repeated requests, no immediate assistance or alternative solutions were provided. A basic necessity like hot water should be guaranteed, and the property’s lack of urgency and poor customer service made the experience frustrating. Due to this major inconvenience, we request a refund for the night we were unable to access hot water. We hope Booking.com will assist in resolving this issue.

"A very friendly and comfortable stay!"

The staff working there were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make you feel like welcome. Very chill and personable! I would stay again just for them alone! The rooms were very clean and cosy and the free shuttle in the morning was also greatly appreciated!

catching the shuttle bus is a bit of a pain and it's often not on time. But a small price to pay for an amazing, and affordable lodge.

"A Nightmare Experience"

Our experience with Tomten Lodge Hirafu was nothing short of a disaster. We booked 4 months in advance, though our plans changed as they do, and we requested to cancel the reservation 3 months prior to check-in. The hotel denied this request citing "an obligation towards our stake holders and investors. The cancellation fee is a standard condition agreed upon at the time of booking." I can accept this is there policy, so to not waste the booking, we amended our original plans, and intended to stay at Tomten. However, despite having a fully paid and confirmed reservation at this point, our room was given away without notice when our flight was delayed by one day due to bad weather at Sapporo airport. Upon arrival in freezing temperatures late at night, we were shocked to learn that we had nowhere to stay because the lodge had decided to rebook our room—even though our reservation was active and fully paid. To make matters worse, no attempt was made to contact us before rebooking our room, leaving us stranded in a foreign town. This complete lack of professionalism and basic human decency not only ruined our travel plans but also put us in a dangerous and stressful situation. We were left scrambling to find last-minute accommodations in a remote, freezing town late at night. Despite our efforts, Tomten has never reached out to us, and ignored our requests for a refund. Tomten Lodge’s callous disregard for its guests and unforgivable incompetence made this the worst travel experience we’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs!

"Exceptional"

The staff - Maiko, Jess, Jet & Hannah were the friendliest and nicest bunch of people you could meet Each room has their own designated ski storage area Heating in rooms are adjustable but if still too hot, windows can be opened Breakfast was a surprise as it says 'light' so I expected perhaps just coffee and some pastries but we had mushrooms/miso soup/rice/egg salad/change in a meat dish/boiled egg/pancake/fruits/cereal/yoghurt/fruit juice/coffee/tea Bus from Sapporo stops at the Hirafu Welcome Centre about 2.2km away You can take the free red coloured Welcome Bus (no fixed time table but comes every 30-50mins) with nearest stops at either Orchards Niseko (from Hirafu Welcome Centre) or Kabayama Kita (going to the Welcome Centre). Just check for the non-operating times which happens in 3 blocks each day. Otherwise there is the Niseko bus (with a regular time table) that stops at Kabayama Kita which cost 200Y or is free if you have a daily ski lift pass Hirafu Tomten has a complimentary shuttle to Grand Hirafu just once daily at 8.15am The Amuse ski rental place is 100m away and prices are cheaper to rent than at Grand Hirafu. Apparently, if you book ahead online at least a week? before, you get further discounts. There are a handful of restaurants nearby should you not want to go back to the ski area for dinner. Recommended to book ahead though.
