Tienes un locker gigante para guardar tabla, botas, maletas, todo etc.... Para no tener que subirlo a la habitación. Está súper limpio. Hay lavadora. En coche son 5 minutos a la estación de Hirafu. Tienen Transfer gratuito.

Cosy clean rooms, shuttle service to the family chair lift in the morning. The staff were exceptional! They made us feel very welcomed during our stay.

I loved the ambience this place provided. I was here for work and really appreciated the lively yet calming homey feeling I got. Also, they should really edit out the word 'light' from their breakfast because it exceeded my expectations and actually was very filling. I also really enjoyed looking out my window to watch the snow - probably my fav past time while I was here!

I noticed a bit of dust on duvet covers and under the night stand.

Very nice and clean! Good location. Great breakfast and very nice staff. Room was bigger than I thought. Beds very very comfortable. We liked very much that there was a lounge area available, where you could sit and talk and play games. Also a fridge that you could put personal things in if wanted. Few restaurants in short walking distance. Only a few minutes away from the ski lifts.

You could use the washing machine until 9 PM but needed to be quiet in the lounge area at 8 PM. Think these should be synced. We like to sit an play cards or other games during our travel and to be quiet at 8 PM feels a bit to early.

Hirafu Tomten is a warm, comfortable and clean place to stay. The breakfasts provided each morning were delicious - perfect fuel before skiing. Additionally, the hotel provided shuttle to the mountain each morning guaranteed first tracks each time. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating to our questions and requests.

The only downside is that the property is somewhat removed from the Niseko Hirafu village - and there are not many places to buy food for dinner within walking distance of the lodge. However, the Niseko free shuttle bus ran to schedule, and made the short trip to and from the village manageable.
