Very clean, very aesthetically pleasing, friendly staff made it a cozy atmosphere almost like a small town bed and breakfast during complimentary breakfast. Good variety of selection with respective cultures and allergies.

Heater too high and was not shown how to fix but able to determine how to adjust it. Very thin walls, can hear even kids footsteps outside the door

Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was spotless – the rooms, lobby, and common areas were all exceptionally clean and well-maintained. It’s clear that the staff takes great pride in keeping everything in top shape. Excellent Stay with a Warm, Familial Atmosphere We had a fantastic stay at this cozy, small accommodation. Despite being described as “light,” the breakfast was a pleasant surprise — a full, hearty meal with some variety each day. The rooms were comfortable, with incredibly cozy beds that were perfect after long ski days. The free morning shuttle to the gondola was super convenient and made getting to the slopes a breeze. However, the true highlight of our stay was the exceptional hospitality. The managers were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond — even offering us a ride to the welcome center when we had an early departure. Overall, the welcoming and familial atmosphere made our trip unforgettable. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and had nice ski lockers. The walk to town was about 29 min but was nice. Staff was amazing and they had a duck snowball maker! Good fun :)

隔音稍微不太好，講話或看電視不能太大聲、如果滑雪或吃飯到比較晚可能就會需要走路回去，除此之外都很棒
