Hirafu Tomten

Location to Niseko was fantastic..though we did have a car. Breakfast was a great convenience and there was a good selection of fresh choices. Satff were very helpful and on hand to answer questions for information.

The fridge for everyone could have been bigger. It would be a simple and easy fix as the bar fridge on offer was too small for the whole lodge.

Fantastic service by Nicole and other staff. Nicole went above and beyond supplying helpful information and assistance. The morning shuttle to the ski slopes, breakfast and friendly welcome were all great

The location is better for car hire as you are otherwise bound by the bus schedule which can be a bit tedious. The ground floor rooms are very hot due to the underfloor heating which cannot be modified.

Hosts were exceptional and went out of their way to help. Rooms were larger than expected with lots of windows, and the boot room was top notch. Breakfast was great too despite being advertised as “light”

Laundry machines had a tough time drying clothing

Nicole went out of her way to make our stay great. Tomten’s a modern lodge, well located and pretty well laid out.

A few tweaks to make the kitchen accessible would be great for longer stays. But again, Nicole was pretty accommodating- be nice and they’ll help you out with what you need!🙂

You feel at home from the first minute. Staff is super nice and helpful. The entire lodge is clean, modern and warm.
