My wife and I loved everything about the hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

Excellent value for money. The views were good room size good. A few nice restaurants close by. Good value, very popular

Le petit déjeuner était super. Le cadre au sein de l’hôtel est joli. L’hôtel n’a pas sa place privé mais il y en a une publique à quelques pas. Cependant, le sable est assez sale .. Concernant la chaleur du personnel, celui-ci était manquant. Nous avons vraiment été surpris car le Vietnam vous habitue à plus chaleureux.

L’isolation est vraiment manquante

Fina och stora rum. Välstädade. Bra läge. Poolområdet är jättefint. Nära många riktigt bra restauranger. Man får leta lite bara.

Servicen hade mer att önska framförallt i restaurangen. Frukosten funkade ok men ganska ofta var det slut på saker. Flera i personalen verkade väldigt nya. Stranden är nära men går man närmaste vägen är det skräpigt och nedgånget. Bäst är att gå liten bit bort på stranden. Då är det fint.

There was construction work ongoing all day and night next door to the hotel, which didn't stop completely until around midnight. I didn't find the surrounding area desirable, including the nearby beach which wasn't very clean and the crap reggae that was playing couldn't conceal that it was just a poor beach overall. The pool area was quite nice, although I didn't like the metal stairs to the pool area, felt like you need to be a bit adventurous to climb those strange stairs. I also didn't appreciate the smashed glass that remained uncleaned until I pointed it out. The room was mostly fine, very spacious and comfortable. The fridge was broken so they came to replace that. But I couldn't stay in the room for another day after listening to the construction work constantly. I originally booked 8 nights, but asked to be refunded the remaining 7 nights, so I appreciate that I received this eventually, although the hotel are poor at responding to you via Booking.com.

Amazing staff. Breakfast was good with lot of options and beautiful view from the 9th floor. Location is good, in the middle of Duong Dong which is the city centre. I am going to stay here again during my next trip to Phu Quoc

This hotel has everything you need in the perfect location for the beach, shops & restaurant's. The staff are amazing as is the food. This was our second stay here & will be booking our next soon.
