Nice hotel for that money, good location and near at the brach.

The breakfast room was too small.

I loved the rooms and the pool view. Surprised as hotel upgraded our rooms to pool view. Pool was simply awesome. Breakfast was good although limited. Beach was nearby and walking distance Nice resort! Nice restaurants and beach bars nearby. Checking in was fast. Provided hotel slippers

The hotel surroundings were dirty and unpleasant. Indian restaurant nearby but expensive. Satellite tv was not functioning. Could only watch locall channels but mostly in vietnamese. English movies in vietnamese too and without English subtitles Nearby beach was dirty

Stayed in block B opposite the pool. Our Room was large and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable compared to the usual hard and firm experience.Cleaning staff and Breakfast staff were friendly and gardens well maintained. Breakfast was reasonable for the money.

Noise, Noise and more Noise. If you want a peaceful place to stay this is not for you. If you stay in the Hotel itself it may be better but not in one of the blocks. Firstly the swimming pool is open from 6.00 AM until 8.00PM. The Management do not put any signs up , turn lights off, remove lounger cushions at 8.00pm. People therefore use the pool all night and the Bar often plays horrible pounding music until it closes at 10.00 PM. People drift away and then Then between 11.00 and 1.00AM loud private parties and fun drinking events take place after guests return from the restaurants ( mostly Russians ). The security guard and other staff are nowhere to be seen or heard. The screaming and laughing is seriously loud and annoying. I complained to the Reception 3 times and they did something on 2 occasions but no one cares otherwise . This attitude allows a small number of people to ruin the holiday for the majority of peaceful guests. This is an issue with the senior management and not the low paid staff. The Block itself has no sounding proofing . The sounds of doors closing vibrate throughout the structure .People walking in the room above sounds like someone is hammering on the ceiling. If you value your nerves and like a good night's rest avoid this hotel at all cost. You will find others mentioning the pool parties and most people stay silent , but I would never return!!!!

The property was in a central location, the pool was nice and refreshing. The beach is an easy 1 minute walk even if it is down an alley way, definitely worth going down there for the sunset and a beach massage. Staff are nice. The breakfast was good but not amazing.

The rooms are dated with hard beds and you will need to bring bug spray for the mosquito’s.

Booked a bungalow by pool but given a very very small room in the hotel. Don't confuse the resort with the hotel when booking. Once sorted the bungalow was spacious and well positioned near lovely pool. Breakfast was excellent and great egg station.

The confusion with our booking and many others had issues on the day. The fridge did not keep anything cold

The people are nice. Service was great. They are nice and accommodating. Close to everywhere. Middle of the island. Loved the vibes of the whole place. THE BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS THE BEST.

One of our room had a bit of a mosquito problem. The other two rooms were fine.

Nothing

The hotel checked me into a completely different room type than what I originally booked. I booked the Tahiti Resort pool view room they tried to put me in the Tahiti Hotel which is a separate building and rooms are cheaper there. After insisting for over 1 hour they eventually agreed to check me into the room that I originally booked at the Tahiti Resort. At 18:05 and I was finally assigned to the correct room type that I booked. Upon careful reading of reviews online for both hotels it seems this frequently occurs. I was even told upon check in that I had an ‘upgrade’ from pool view to sea view when in fact I was being checked into a smaller, dirtier, lower quality room at their sister property that has a different nightly rate than what I paid for. Also when we first checked into the incorrect room before we realized we were in the wrong place two cleaners came into the room unannounced to change the bedding. We had been only in the room less than 5 minutes when this happened and had not registered any complaint at that point. So we were checked into a room where the bedding hadn’t even been changed before we entered not to mention this first room had a very strong stench of smoke. There was no attempt at so much as an apology let alone any other attempt to improve the situation. From reading reviews online it seems we are one of the ‘luckier’ ones in the sense that at least our booking wasn’t completely cancelled upon arrival to the accommodation. I wanted to leave the hotel but they refused to give me a refund before I checked in and accommodation options were extremely limited due to the Lunar new year celebrations with most places already fully booked. Do not book this hotel or any from the Tahiti brand if you don’t want to ruin your holiday.
