Good position for my activities in Twin Cities. It was very clean. Easy and straightforward communication with the owner.

Sometimes hard to find parking on the street. No pots or frying pans in the kitchen.

This business is a scam: they online photos are the business offices. The properties are old houses in the neighborhood of the Floyd riots. They are four story walk-ups and bear no relation to the Bookig.com photos. They do not provide the addresses or check in info until after the free cancellation period expires, which is when you can see that they paid no attention to the booking requests: in our case limited stair access. When confronted with this they would only agree to cancel with an additional payment. BEWARE!

NOT A REAL GUEST HOUSE

The location and rate worked out fairly well. It was nice to cook there in spite of the filthy kitchen. The rooms were clean.

The kitchen wasn’t the cleanest. I felt inclined to clean in its entirety before I wanted to prepare food in there. From the grimy refrigerator door to the stove, counters and sink area, all dirty. Fortunately, it didn’t take too long to clean but just not something you want to have to do. It wasn’t like that the last time I stayed. Another resident must’ve been smoking in a room because I could smell it in my room through the ventilation system.

Easy access to Downtown!

If I’m being completely honest this was thee worst Hostel I’ve ever stayed in. When we arrived the floor was covered in wet salt from outside we swept and mopped it! The counter was filled with dirty dishes so we washed them by hand cause the dishwasher was broken! When we vacuumed our room it filled half the vacuum. The stove oven pilot is broke and me and my partner got nausea and light headed. Bathroom light only 1-3 worked and the fan didn’t work as well in there! The place looked like a nightmare! Dust all over the ceilings and walls holes in the walls in the room, half the closet door was gone! No batteries in the tv remote, vacuum filter had mold on it so we cleaned it. Laundry area was filled with people’s clothes. And when we went to leave some e parked behind us and we couldn’t leave for 3 hours honestly want my money back for as if I was mislead thankfully our trips purpose made it worth it still. We put the notes up for other guests
