للأسف نظافة الشراشف والوسائد سيئة جدا جدا جدا

الاهتمام بالنظافة السعر الذي لا يترافق مع الخدمة

The hotel building was good. It was clean. The staffs behavior were good. Room was good and comfortable. The mini bar was very good.

The breakfast need to improve. The staff of restaurant need to be better and have attention to the request of the guests. The bathroom need to be clean more, specially the hot tube(Jacuzzi). The price was so expensive. Stayin for one night $600! Extremely expensive. Not satisfied for the paid amount.

The location is in the middle Holy shrine of Imam Ali AS and Masjid Kofa and Sahla very close to Komail ibn Ziyad grave also

The restaurant for breakfast was not clean and not hygienic. Not many good options for the breakfast and many food items were old not fresh. The room was very small and old. The price is much higher than the quality and service you get. It’s not 4 star hotel at all. It is more 2 or at most 3 star and they are charging you alot for what they have to offer. Very expensive hotel for what they gave to offer.
