We were guests at the ryokan for 3 nights. We had a great experience. The staff is incredibly friendly. We felt like royalty the entire time we were there. They fulfilled all our wishes before we even asked. There was always someone there to help us. Upon arrival, the team greeted us at the entrance and took us to our room without letting us touch our luggage, and upon departure, they offered us transportation to the train station. Transportation was provided every day if needed. Upon arrival, there is a shuttle bus at the train station that takes tourists to each ryokan for free. The food was delicious, and the presentation was very neat and the ingredients were of the highest quality. The quantity was more than enough. Especially at dinner, when we could hardly finish everything we were served. There are free drinks in the ryokan lounge - tee, coffee, water, beer, wine, soft drinks. From the room we had a nice view of the garden, which is very beautiful and well maintained. The room was a big nice decorated japanese style room, with tatami and fouton, very confortable and pleasant. All the public onsen are within a 10-20 minute walk. There is also the ryokan's onsen, but we did not visit it. The cable car to the mountain is 5 minutes away. We would like to thank the entire staff of the ryokan for our stay and we would definetly love to be able to return there. We give it 12 points out of 10

Wspaniała i przemiła obsługa. Jeszcze nigdy nie spotkałam się z taką uprzejmością. Szczególnie dobrze będę wspominać panią, która przynosiła nam posiłki do pokoju. Mimo bariery językowej robiła wszystko co w swojej mocy by się z nami porozumieć. :)

This place is truly gorgeous. A one of a kind experience waits for you if you choose to stay here. We were taken from Kinosaki onsen station by bus to this ryokan and immediately felt transported. The staff were lined up to greet us and we felt like royalty. The room is spacious, beautifully decorated and with a gorgeous garden right outside to bring calm and peace. They also gave us a bath token so we could explore the town and bathe at the onsens. The town is simply lovely. It's about a 10 minute walk to the town proper but the walk is peaceful and serene. Altogether the experience is incredible and well worth your time.

We simply wished we could have stayed longer! One night does not feel sufficient.

I dont usually write reviews but I had to for this place. The ryokan was out best experience in Japan. It is def worth it. Everything was amazing, the room, the service, the staff, the food exquisite. I recommend it 100%. Thank you

Splendido Ryokan in posizione perfetta, appena fuori dalla via centrale raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. Struttura bellissima, camere ampie con letto futon, veranda su giardino giapponese, ogni confort disponibile. Onsen interno alla struttura molto carino. Personale squisito, prodigo di informazioni utili su ogni aspetto di Kinosaki Onsen. Un piccolo gioiello assolutamente da provare

Красивый номер с видом на сад, обслуживание такое теплое, заботились о нас: помогли надеть юкату, отвозили в цент до онсенов, пропуск в онсены , очень красивый собственный онсен. Кайсеки был вкусный, очень много было еды.

館内はとても清潔で料理も大変美味しかったです 部屋から見る中庭の景色にもとても癒されゆっくりといい時間をすごせました
