I was looking for a comfortable stay for our family trip with my child and booked this place. It turned out to be the best decision of our entire trip. First, the staff’s kindness was impressive. They greeted us upon arrival, helped with our luggage, and took care of our car, making the check-in process stress-free. The food service and bedding arrangements were handled with professionalism, ensuring a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. The ryokan’s bath facilities were well maintained, and the landscaping of the open-air bath was particularly stunning. The lounge area had a wonderful ambiance too, though I unfortunately didn’t get the chance to use it. I look forward to enjoying it on my next visit hopefully.

The location is a bit far from the main street of the village, making it somewhat challenging to reach on foot. However, for those who enjoy a quiet and serene atmosphere, this should not be an issue.

We really enjoyed being a little away from the main street — it was very quiet and peaceful. We had no problem walking and using the ryokan shuttle to get to and from restaurants and the public onsen. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and we got by well using Google Translate. The public baths on property were very clean and relaxing, as well.

The staff were absolutely amazing. The hotel was beautiful. The yukatas were comfortable.

The staff were exceptional. They were so welcoming😁 friendly and accommodating. They took care of every little detail and quite frankly made us feel like royalty! Unlike any experience we've had to date. Would love to come back here again!

Nothing! It was just a wonderful experience. Perhaps it would have been nice if the breakfast and dinner were accompanied by an explanation sheet as we did not know exactly what we were eating but loved every mouthful!

Simplement la millor experiència de restauració de la meva vida. Tot el servei era excel·lent, el menjar boníssim. Em tractaven amb molta cura, em portaven al centre en furgoneta a tot moment. L'onsen privat es una delícia.

Everything is lovely about this accommodation. Reception is very foreigner friendly and the rooms are beautiful and peaceful. I like the location, and the lounge and onsite bathing facilities are very comfortable and nice. Easy to check in and check out. It is my third stay here and highly recommend this place and Kinosaki Onsen.

Amazing stay here, the staff was incredible, brings a very traditional ryokan experience to a traditional style modern building. Really nice view of the garden, with super tasty food

It’s a bit out of the way at kinosaki but don’t let that put you off as they do have a bus/car that can bring you into the main town, other wise it’s about a 5/10 min walk (but is a nice walk after soaking in the onsens!)
