"Relaxing stay"

Dinner and breakfast are served in your room. The meals were delicious and plentiful. Accommodations was nice. Location was a little off the beaten path if you wanted to walk to the onsens but the ryokan has a shuttle that can take you there. Staff was attentive and very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Tokiwa Bekkan. The room was large, comfortable and had a beautiful garden view. The service and food was exceptional and we were grateful for the shuttle bus to town. The hotel has a lovely small outdoor onsen, but we also really loved using the free public onsen pass during our stay..

The hotel is a little out of Kinosaki Onsen, but definitely in walking distance (about 20 minutes from the train station). The hotel staff also don't speak a lot of english, so we used Google translate a fair bit.
