"Very good"

Lovely wooden style stone brick home in peaceful surroundings.

Beautiful home but needing some maintenance....upstairs balcony not operational, inside stair well needing some maintenance to ensure safety. Gas bottle for inside stove empty upon arrival which owners provided prompt response to provide a contingency. TV settings set to Chinese so unable to reset settings to navigate TV with English settings.

"This property is not worth the money. It is a dilapidated old house that is falling apart and dirty"

This property should be removed from booking.com. It was the worst I have ever stayed in. The kitchen and appliances were dirty including the jug kettle, the sinks and the oven had not been cleaned. The gas hob did not light properly leading to a risk of excessive gas in kitchen area. The TV was unusable at it was set in Chinese with no instructions provided on how to use in English. The staircase is steep and slippery with 2 treads broken.

It’s like stepping back into time in this house. It’s a quirky, fun house to stay in with lots of room. The updated bathroom on the ground floor was a welcome!

"Hobbit-style house!"

- unusual hobbit-style place with lots of rabbits running outside 🥰 - great coffee and coffee machine - comfy beds - extra time for checkout

- not clean enough although cozy - felt a bit cold as we couldn’t find smaller wood to start the fireplace.

"Galaxy Quest"

The cottage definitely had charm about it, plenty of room and the entire property draws you back in time. If you are after a quiet place to relax and contemplate then this is the place.

In the description it mentioned a Hot Tub, I did see one on the upper lever, however more ornamental than practical, shame as I was looking forward to dipping my weary toes into it.

The out look

The inside is not maintained at all. Need to use matches to ignite gas stoves -- dangerous. Fireplace chimney not cleaned, smoke backfire to house, no emergency number to call staff. Shower box leak water. Balcony upstairs unstable. We were glad to have stayed only one night.

Amazing house to host a group of friends or family, very spacious and open plan dining lounge area, Easy access to ski fields for winter (purpose of our trip). Great to have 2 bathrooms with showers Pizza oven was the highlight !

Kitchen could have a few more large serving dishes and i oven deep trays but basics are all there
